Tire Pyrolysis Plant for Sale to South Africa

In July 2023, Mingjie Group completed the installation of MJ-15 waste tire pyrolysis plant shipped for sale to South Africa. MJ-15 pyrolysis equipment adopts batch operation, and has a waste tire processing capacity of 15T/D. There is no pretreatment process before the waste tires enter the batch pyrolysis equipment.

Our pyrolysis reactor adopts a double-layer structure and specially thickened high-temperature resistant stainless steel. This extends the service life of the tire pyrolysis equipment.

The initial fuel for external heating can be natural gas, diesel, liquefied natural gas, wood, cracking oil, etc. The heat storage layer fully recycles the waste heat, which can not only extend the service life of the pyrolysis reactor, but also save fuel.

The tire pyrolysis plant adopts a rotary furnace design to increase the heat transfer area. The slow rotation of the reactor makes the waste tires evenly heated, avoids local overheating, and improves the pyrolysis efficiency.
