In 2021, Mingjie Group completed the shipment of the MJZ-2 Small Distillation Plant and the MJ-2 Small Pyrolysis Plant for sale to Peru. The MJZ-2 and MJ-2 small equipment both adopt skid-mounted design. The core features of skid-mounted equipment are integrated design, rapid deployment, and flexible relocation. They are suitable for small-scale production or temporary projects.
MJZ-2 Small Distillation Equipment is a modular, mobile distillation system. The skid-mounted distillation equipment integrates multiple systems into one base. It includes the distillation tower, condenser, tank module, control system, and auxiliary system.
Waste oil distillation equipment can further fractionate and purify the crude pyrolysis oil (product of waste tire pyrolysis), and finally separate gasoline fraction, diesel fraction, heavy oil and residue. It is commonly used in the fields of petrochemicals, waste pyrolysis, and environmental protection.
Small Distillation Plant for Waste Oil
For hazardous waste (industrial oily sludge, waste lubricating oil), small distillation units convert waste oil into base oil or fuel oil. Its modular design facilitates deployment. The distillation unit can achieve reduction, harmlessness and resource utilization.
Taking the treatment of oily sludge in oil fields as an example, the oil content of sludge can be reduced to less than 3% after distillation. The separated oil can be reused for lubrication of non-critical equipment.
Principle of Pyrolysis Oil Distillation
The distillation process of pyrolysis oil is to separate the components in the mixture according to their different boiling points. The distillation process usually includes steps such as heating, evaporation, condensation and collection.
In this process, the light components in the mixture will rise with the steam, while the heavy components will remain at the bottom of the tower. The distillation equipment can eventually achieve efficient separation of the mixture through continuous heating and cooling.
