Rice Husk Charcoal Machine Components
The rice husk charcoal making machine includes feeding system, carbonization furnace, heating system, cooling system, exhaust gas treatment system, discharging system, and control system.

Feeding System
The feeding system is used to feed the rice husk raw material into the carbonization furnace. It generally includes a conveyor belt, a screw feeder or a manual feeding device.
The fully continuous carbonization system requires the materials to be size smaller than 20mm, and moisture smaller than 15%.
Carbonization Reactor
The carbonization furnace is the core equipment of the rice husk charcoal making machine. It is used to heat the rice husk under anoxic conditions, and a pyrolysis carbonization reaction occurs at a certain temperature.
The carbonization reactor is made of 304 stainless steel, the life could be more than 5-8 years.
Heating System
The heating system usually uses electric heating, gas heating or biomass combustion heating. The heating system needs to be precisely controlled to ensure the carbonization effect.
Cooling System
Generally, water cooling is used. It is used to cool the carbonized rice husk charcoal to prevent it from spontaneous combustion.
Waste Gas Treatment System
It is used to treat the combustible gas and tar generated during the carbonization process. It usually includes a condenser, a filter and a combustion device.
Discharging System
It is used to collect and transport the carbonized rice husk charcoal. It includes a discharging port, a conveyor belt or a collection box.
Control System
The automated control system is used to monitor and adjust parameters such as temperature, feeding speed, cooling time, etc. Ensure the stability and safety of the carbonization process.
How is Rice Husk Charcoal Produced by Pyrolysis Technology?
The rice husk raw material is fed into the carbonization furnace through the feeding system. Under oxygen-deficient conditions, the rice husk is heated to a certain temperature (400-600℃), at which time a pyrolysis and carbonization reaction occurs.
During the pyrolysis process, the moisture, combustible gas, and tar in the rice husk are separated. The remaining solid matter is the rice husk charcoal.
The carbonized rice husk charcoal is cooled by the cooling system and collected by the discharging system. The combustible gas and tar produced by pyrolysis can be recycled or safely discharged after treatment.
