In 2020, Mingjie Group completed the installation of oil sludge pyrolysis equipment for sale to Gansu, China. This is a batch pyrolysis equipment, and its process is more energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The customer purchased the pyrolysis plant to process oil sludge. Pyrolysis technology converts the solid residue in oil sludge into useful carbon black and pyrolysis oil through high temperature decomposition.

The oil sludge pyrolysis equipment can not only achieve harmless treatment of oil sludge, but also make use of it as a resource. Oil sludge pyrolysis plant has the advantages of high efficiency, environmental protection and great economic potential.
Oil Sludge Pyrolysis Project
The oil sludge pyrolysis project mainly uses pyrolysis plant to heat the waste in an oxygen-free or oxygen-deficient environment. The pyrolysis reaction can cause the oil and organic matter in the oil sludge to precipitate, thereby separating the oil sludge into solid slag, pyrolysis oil and synthesis gas.

From an environmental protection perspective, oil sludge pyrolysis equipment effectively solves the problem of oil sludge pollution. The entire process of oil sludge pyrolysis is completed in a closed equipment pipeline, which can avoid the leakage of dust and volatile organic compounds. At the same time, the oil sludge pyrolysis project strictly treats the waste gas and wastewater generated by pyrolysis to ensure that the emissions meet the standards.
In terms of economic benefits, pyrolysis products have high utilization value. Pyrolysis oil can be used as raw oil for refineries or directly as fuel oil. Slag can be used for building backfill, landfill, paving oil field wells, etc. Synthetic gas can be used as fuel for power generation, heating or other industrial purposes.

Batch Oil Sludge Pyrolysis Equipment Structure
Batch oil sludge pyrolysis equipment generally includes feeding system, pyrolysis reactor, cooling system, dust removal system and control system.
Process Flow of Oil Sludge Pyrolysis Plant

Batch sludge pyrolysis equipment generally uses spiral feeding, and there is a hopper on the top of the spiral feeder. Pour the sludge into the hopper and then start the spiral feeder. The spiral feeder is connected to the pyrolysis reactor and can be automatically loaded into the pyrolysis furnace.
After the sludge is loaded, the sludge is heated and pyrolyzed.
The oil in the sludge becomes gaseous oil gas after pyrolysis and is separated from the sludge. The oil gas passes through a settling tank and enters the condenser, where it is cooled into liquid oil. Finally, it flows into the oil storage tank.
